This covers your 30-day guarantee and protects you from fraudulent returns.

Returns We stand behind the quality of our LOSTRU Acacia Cutting Boards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Please email us at contact@lostru.com.au with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
